So our culture code is a set of guiding principles that underpins our values. It’s really our commitment to each other to work better together. I personally believe our culture code impacts upon our customers in a very positive way. If we take, for example, one of our core values, which is champion protection, one of the guiding principles that underpins this value is keeping our customers close. And we do this by not only listening to our customers, it’s all about creating a deeper connect with our customers that will then enable us to embark upon this trusted adviser status journey, which will then only ensure that we are delivering against the objectives and goals that they set on a more consistent basis. Our culture code impacts our products through staying curious, understanding what our customers want, solving their problems to drive the best value for them. One of the values that’s really important to me is earn trust, and the guiding principle that supports that day to day is passing the mic. To me, passing the mic is about hearing from different perspectives and hearing from those colleagues that might not be the loudest in the room, but encouraging them to speak up so we can make the best decisions. So I think our culture code impacts our ESG. When I take the guiding principle of pushing challenges into the sunlight, I think that’s the way we need to view ESG. It should be ambitious. We should be striving for more. We should be looking to change behaviors as well, and set that challenging balance overall, which really delivers a collective benefit through better business, more responsible work and social impact. One of our core values that really stands out to me is putting people first. Guiding principle that really supports this day to day is really getting to know each other. This was super important to our people to really make that time to to get to know each other day to day, understand what makes each other tick, and also understand how we can support each other.
